Speed Mentoring Event!

Women Who Compute is holding a speed mentoring event on March 23rd, 2016 in JSOM 11.214 and 11.218 (these are the rooms in Jindal School of Management building of UT Dallas). This is your chance to network with female representatives from companies in the DFW area, including TI, Capital One, IBM, Verizon, and more! You’ll be able to hear about their lives and work, and be inspired to pursue your dreams.

Although this event is geared toward female students studying engineering and computer science who aspire to learn more about the tech industry, EVERYONE is welcome! Feel free to invite all your friends and anyone who might be interested.

The event will run from 6:30-8:30pm and will include mentoring sessions in which you’ll be able to ask questions and learn about the life of a female in technology. Dinner and dessert will be provided, and business casual attire is strongly recommended.

RSVP at: http://bit.ly/wwc-mentor. Why are we charging $3, you ask? In order to help with costs associated with this amazing event, we are asking attendees to pay a small amount (which includes both food and access to many company representatives). We think it’ll be well worth it once you attend our event!
